Call the Utility Clerk at 307-436-9294 if you are moving in or out of a home in the area. Please bring your identification and service fee (deposit, $110) and be prepared to fill out a new customer application.

Cash, Check or Card (3%fee). You can mail payment in, phone payments, online payments through the Town Website. There is a drive-up window and a night drop box, both located on the south side of the building. ACH auto draft is also available, which is a free service and drafts from your checking on the 10th of each month.

At the Water Salesman Station, which is located at 107 S. Deer St. (1st & Deer St.) Glenrock, WY 82637. Fills 200 Gallons at a time for $1.00. The machine will take quarters, dollar bills, a card reader is available or give us a call at 307-436-9294 to setup a charge account for billing.

Annual renewals are handled by the County Treasurer’s Office. It is located in the Commerce Building at 319 West Birch. Their phone number is 307-436-2732. Hours are currently Tuesday and Thursday each week, open 9am-Noon & 1-4pm. License plates and tag renewals can also be done in Casper and Douglas at the respective offices and can be renewed online.

Property taxes are handled by the County Treasurer’s Office. It is located in the Commerce Building at 319 West Birch. Their phone number is 307-436-2732. Hours are currently Tuesday and Thursday each week, open 9am-Noon & 1-4pm. Property taxes can also be remitted to the County Treasurer via online payment or mail, or at the County Treasurer Office in Douglas.
