About the Department
The Glenrock Police Department is comprised of both a Patrol Division and a Communications Division. These Divisions are staffed with a Chief, two Sergeants, a Communications Supervisor, an Investigator, a School Resource Officer, four Patrol Officers, and four Communications Technicians.

- Contingent Offer
- Psychological, Physical, and Drug Testing
- Polygraph or Computer Voice Stress Analyzer Exam
- Background Check
- Chiefs’ Interview
- Offer and Start Date
- Orientation days (for completion of paperwork and issuing of equipment)
- Temporary POST Certification
- Field Training (8-16 weeks)
- Academy Certification Additional 12 months of Probation from the completion date of both FTO and issuance of Academy Certification
